Job Summary

Develop and improve automation systems and applications that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to build custom automation solutions, implement measurable improvements, and create resilient CI/CD automation pipelines. Lead and execute test automation activities, design and run performance test scripts, and provide technical direction and support to more junior engineers while participating in design and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Research, design, and build automated systems and/or applications to reduce human intervention and maximize efficiency.
•Develop and document processes for internal automation and development projects.
•Implement automation improvements with measurable results in revenue and/or quality.
•Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee phases of test automation, including preparing reports and analyzing trends.
•Lead resilient continuous integration and delivery automation pipelines and perform/lead test execution for project and support activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a similar field.
•Moderate experience maintaining automation systems and/or applications.
•Moderate demonstrated programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, or C#.
•Moderate demonstrated project management experience.
•Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
