Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to produce KPI and broker analysis outputs.
  • •Analyze data across brokers, lines of business, and geographic zones to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • •Maintain and improve data quality in Salesforce (SFDC) and connected systems, including administration of sales-related data.
  • •Monitor and support effective SFDC use, including data exchange with corresponding systems.
  • •Leverage AI and machine learning (including AI agents) to enhance sales forecasting, pipeline management, and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics (quantitative), Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • •Basic familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM platforms.
  • •Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex datasets and turn them into clear, actionable insights.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
