Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 10+ years of relevant experience (equivalency accepted), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California.
  • •Advanced engineering management experience on complex, large-scale rail projects/programs across planning through construction support and coordination with system/O&M.
  • •Proven experience in a senior leadership role responsible for planning, design, development, and delivery of large, complex infrastructure projects or programs.
  • •Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with executive leadership, public agencies, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
