Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on financial due diligence engagements from planning through execution and completion.
  • •Learn and apply fundamental financial due diligence skills for sell-side and buy-side clients across industries.

  • •Monitor the dataroom and manage data flow for transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
