Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a wide variety of office duties including coordinating meeting arrangements, typing, filing, and ensuring telephone coverage.
  • •Handle customer greeting and direction, mail, office supplies ordering/distribution, and reconcile P-card spending.
  • •Prepare management presentations and manage local invoices and required office technology troubleshooting/escalation.
  • •Support station onboarding duties (system access, locker/mailbox/uniform/badge, fingerprinting, training) and maintain employee/security records.
