Senior Service Engineer

Commission and service chiller and HVAC systems while providing high-quality customer support. Perform repairs, conduct preventive maintenance (PPM), lead root-cause analysis for failures, and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines. Coordinate with the service coordinator and manage weekly safety/site meetings, monthly planning updates, daily reporting, and accurate documentation using MS Office. Handle on-site commissioning, warranty activities, and AMC services, while generating leads during customer interactions.
