Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and follow plant safety guidelines and ensure maintenance personnel comply with MSHA rules and regulations.
  • •Establish maintenance department goals and performance standards, and directly/indirectly supervise maintenance employees.
  • •Review, plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance activities for the plant.
  • •Develop and execute major shutdown schedules and perform post-shutdown critiques and maintenance reporting to analyze trends.
  • •Support budgeting and capital expenditures by preparing and controlling maintenance budgets and capital project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a cement manufacturing facility with exposure to management responsibilities.

  • •Proven ability to lead/manage others and establish goals, performance standards, and employee feedback.
