Build relationships with customers and help them find the right CarMax vehicle. In this paid-trainee role, you’ll guide customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications while providing clear, honest information. You’ll complete accurate transaction documentation, collaborate with your team to support store goals, and stay current on inventory, products, services, and promotions. Work with mentorship to grow into future leadership.
