Job Summary

Coordinate account onboarding, product launches, and terminations in partnership with overseas transitions teams and relevant stakeholders. Manage account events such as IMA/guideline changes, custodian changes, and portfolio operational updates. Implement and maintain account/portfolio master data, and provide IAMJ AUM and product information for RFP and marketing. Support the reporting team by producing, reviewing, and distributing simplified reporting materials.

•Maintain and provide IAMJ AUM and other product information for RFP and marketing purposes.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of work experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management, with knowledge of investment operations and/or account setup for funds and separate accounts.
•University graduate or more.
•Good written and verbal communication in English and Japanese.
•Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal departments.
•Project management skills and an ability to manage work proactively and under pressure.
