Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Talent Coordination operations across onboarding, training, workload management, offer enablement, and interview scheduling, setting operating standards and execution consistency.
  • •Govern SLA/performance, diagnose root causes, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement through reviews and RCA while closing systemic gaps.
  • •Serve as SPOC/SME for India TA systems governance, ensuring data integrity and access governance for Workday Recruiting, ServiceNow, Phenom CRM, and HackerRank; drive adoption and enhancements.
  • •Own TA procurement operations (PR/PO, renewals, invoice tracking), vendor governance, SLA governance, and ROI monitoring; manage compliance documentation and audit readiness (SOX/statutory/data privacy).
  • •Partner with stakeholders to implement process updates and training, represent India TAO in global policy/system calibration sessions, and mentor Talent Coordinators and junior operations staff.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of experience in TA Operations, Recruiting Operations, or workforce coordination, including governance or compliance-sensitive processes.
  • •Own interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding processes at scale in a high-volume, multi-stakeholder hiring environment.
  • •Hands-on experience leading system implementations, UAT, or process change rollouts (required).
  • •Strong audit and compliance orientation across SOX, statutory, data privacy, and offer governance.
  • •Experience operating Procurement-related workflows (PR/PO), vendor governance, and stakeholder management with Procurement/Legal/Finance/Vendor Management preferred.
