Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administration support to account brokers regarding clients’ insurance and risk needs.
  • •Support end-to-end policy lifecycle activities including quotes, claims history, endorsements, certificates of currency, renewals, cancellations, and invoicing.
  • •Act as a contact for cyber clients, managing day-to-day queries and delivering solutions-focused service.
  • •Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support insurance requirements.
  • •Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
