Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for the day by ensuring proper supplies and PPE for patient care.
  • •Use modern technology to access schedules, commute to patients’ homes, and manage daily tasks.
  • •Build trusting connections with patients while collecting relevant information and providing diagnostic, low-acuity care.
  • •Perform services such as phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic retina images, and ECGs, ensuring comfort and quality.
  • •Label and manage samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and ability to perform specimen collection/phlebotomy services.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where applicable.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of course/program based on licensure level.
  • •Strong professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy for mobile charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps, with reliable transportation and ability to physically access patient homes.
