Apply strategic and analytical skills to the Global Payment Network, transforming large-scale payment activity into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

•Identify business challenges and opportunities, and use analysis to recommend strategic or tactical improvements.
•Perform modeling and analytics to support product and pricing strategies for lending products.
•Support marketing and customer experience insights for select direct-to-consumer products and retail-distributed offerings.
•Improve credit performance by building and testing credit risk models using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
•Frame problems, develop hypotheses, lead implementation efforts, and establish monitoring plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,100 - 115,400 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with a quantitative concentration), expected by the scheduled start date.
•Strong quantitative orientation and the ability to make decisions based on analytics.
•Experience conducting statistical model building, market research, and/or business analysis is preferred.
•SQL querying experience is preferred.
