On-The-Job Trainer - 2nd Shift

Train new-hire and job-bid employees on essential manufacturing skills and safety practices, including expert knife handling, sharpening, and tool maintenance. Work hands-on on the production floor to coach, demonstrate, and retrain as needed. Document training attendance and progress, support qualification reviews, and collaborate with plant supervision through structured meetings and Leader Standard Work. Rotate shifts and may travel to other facilities for start-up support.
