Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor for individuals and businesses by handling financial service transactions and uncovering financial wellness needs through client conversations and proactive calling. Split your time between client servicing and transaction support, provide customized financial wellness recommendations, and coordinate with branch leadership to prioritize high-impact activities. Meet individual activity and sales goals, support referral and relationship growth, and follow all compliance, audit, and security procedures while balancing cash drawer operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide an excellent client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding your impact on their day.
•Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients appropriately to a Banker when needed.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
•Coordinate with branch leadership and teammates to prioritize high-impact activities, participate in huddles/debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources using techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience handling cash transactions.
•General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities.
