Serve as the primary IT&D partner for the North America R&D organization, aligning regional business priorities with technology strategy. Own NAC R&D demand management and the technology roadmap across Montvale, NJ; Wilson, NC; and Salt Lake City, UT. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the NAC R&D technology roadmap, aligning business priorities with R&D and IT&D strategy across Montvale, NJ; Wilson, NC; and Salt Lake City, UT.
•Lead demand management and prioritisation, translating business requirements into technology initiatives and delivery plans; champion an ACAP-first approach and drive simplification of the technology landscape.
•Lead regional requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution evaluation, translating needs into business cases, functional requirements, user stories, and delivery backlogs.
•Partner with global product teams, architects, regional IT&D teams, vendors, and delivery partners to deliver, adopt, and realize value from technology solutions.
•Act as the primary IT&D point of contact for cybersecurity, compliance, risk, and technology governance; manage cyber and resilience risks and ensure alignment with enterprise security and governance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualification in science or IT (or a life science background or related discipline).
•3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT&D, digital transformation, technology consulting, or significant experience working with R&D organizations.
•Experience supporting R&D, laboratory, scientific, quality, or other regulated business environments.
•Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to drive technology roadmaps and prioritisation processes.
•Comfort with requirements management tools (Azure DevOps preferred) and IT service management practices (incident, problem, change, request) with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
