Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience by building client relationships and driving sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain daily store operations, including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and supporting team performance while meeting individual and store KPIs.
