Support the Store Manager in driving store sales and KPI performance at Franciacorta Outlet Village in Rodengo Saiano, ensuring strong customer service aligned with PUMA brand values. Manage day-to-day commercial execution including POS transactions, exchanges and returns, monitor and develop the team, analyze customer and sales trends, and assist with marketing initiatives and events within approved procedures and budgets.

•Ensure the store meets sales and KPI objectives through medium- to long-term strategies, expense control, sales performance, and customer service.

•Process sales, exchanges, and returns at the register according to company discount directives.
•Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, and growing team members through ongoing performance monitoring.
•Analyze customer profiles and sales trends to direct the business together with the Store Manager, and support marketing initiatives and events within budget and company procedures.

•2-3 years of managerial experience in a retail environment focused on customer service (preferably apparel and footwear).
•Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial world.
•Strong numerical skills with reporting and commercial KPI performance indicators.
•Friendly, reliable personality with a customer-focused approach.
•Ability to support hiring, training, and development of new team members, with good communication skills for presenting to groups.
