•Talk to customers: spend meaningful time with fund administration, investor services, and GPs to sharpen strategic direction based on insights.
•Lead cross-functionally: partner with engineering, design, fund administration, investor services, compliance, and executives to align on strategy and execution.
•Build AI-native workflows: own AI-powered capabilities across the domain, including agentic document ingestion, automated matching, and proactive exception flagging.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually
