Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1-year of machine operating experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Extensive knowledge of personal hand tools and safe operation/adjustment/maintenance of production equipment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and stand for at least 8 hours.
  • •Working knowledge of Sonoco products and their quality requirements; 5S knowledge is helpful but not required.
