Job Summary

Support social impact and environmental initiatives as part of the HQ team. Help implement Social Impact programs, coordinate and attend key meetings, and support project tracking with stakeholders across HQ and local teams. Contribute to scaling the Courier Learning and Development program internationally, assist third-party partner management (foundations/NGOs), and support data analysis and reporting for each country’s impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation of programs and actions aligned with the company’s Social Impact objectives.
•Organize and participate in key meetings, providing office backup and team coordination for critical projects.
•Help scale the Courier Learning and Development program across various countries.
•Support managing relationships with third-party organizations including foundations and NGOs.
•Perform data analysis and reporting for each country’s impact initiatives and assist with environmental initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, International Development, or a related field.
•Available for a 6-month full-time or part-time internship with a university agreement.
•Fluent in English and Spanish (other relevant languages are a bonus).
•Strong interest in social impact and sustainability.
•Strong organizational skills and project/stakeholder management experience, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
