Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver change initiatives in line with the Enterprise Transformation Office change framework to ensure consistent business readiness and delivery.
  • •Assess impacts across people, processes, technology, and customers; develop readiness plans supporting implementation and adoption.
  • •Coordinate business readiness activities including communications, training, testing, and implementation to minimise customer disruption.
  • •Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with clear reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools for process mapping, impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communications, and operational readiness; support adoption through knowledge sharing and coaching.
