Job Summary

Turn data into actionable insights for Customer Service & Operations across Canon EMEA. Partner with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and deliver Power BI datasets, reports, and scalable data models. Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and SSIS, validate and monitor data quality, and present findings clearly to support performance improvements and continuous optimization.

•Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions.
•Design, develop, and maintain Power BI datasets and reports for actionable insights.
•Develop and maintain data models to support scalable, effective reporting solutions.
•Build and maintain ETL data pipelines using SQL and SSIS, integrating data from multiple sources.
•Identify opportunities to automate reporting and data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
