Apparel Product Line Merchandising Senior Manager, F1 Apparel

Build and drive the end-to-end strategy, design briefing, and commercialization of seasonal F1 apparel collections. Own product briefs and line plans from concept through sample approval, using marketplace and retail performance analysis to guide decisions. Lead cross-functional partners across design, development, materials, and marketing, manage product lifecycle systems (including VLPs/PLM), and support sell-in for sales teams and partners while hiring and onboarding team members.
