Operations Lead

Lead front-line operations in a Carvana Inspection Center by directly managing and developing hourly associates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals. Oversee safe movement of vehicles for repairs, monitor adherence to systems and performance standards, coach the team using Quality Control standards, and review mechanical/cosmetic defects to repair or reject inventory based on cost and overall vehicle quality.
