•Design, build, and deploy GenAI automation and productivity tools for Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.
•Architect agentic workflows including task decomposition, tool orchestration, decision-making loops, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
•Develop and maintain multi-agent patterns for document analysis, research synthesis, data transformation, and cross-system process automation.
•Serve as the hands-on technical expert for AWS Bedrock, Claude, AnythingLLM, and Samsung’s homegrown GenAI platform.
•Define safety guardrails and measure outcomes using business-focused KPIs; evaluate tools via hands-on POCs to guide roadmap.
