Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, configure, and support the Materials Management System (AVEVA ERM) to manage the materials lifecycle end to end during project execution.
  • •Troubleshoot product issues and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for systemic problems.
  • •Assist with testing MMS upgrades, enhancements, and integrations; support reporting via new reports and SQL views when needed.
  • •Roll out the MMS and materials lifecycle management processes, including setup for contracts/projects and providing guidance to ensure compliance.
  • •Develop MMS documentation and assist with user training, queries, and coordination of user access to the material management system.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in material management lifecycle activities for EPC companies.
  • •Minimum of 5 years controlling project material requirements across engineering design, procurement, and construction for Oil & Gas facilities.
  • •Expertise in administration and support of all AVEVA ERM modules.
  • •Strong knowledge of material management lifecycle stages including requisitioning, tendering, purchasing, expediting, inspection, allocation, shipping, and surplus management.
  • •High computer skills with preference for programming in LUA, plus ability to write SQL queries; basic Oracle database knowledge is beneficial.
