Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture and be present with clients and teammates.
  • •Engage outside calling to small business clients, build centers of influence, and identify prospective referrals.
  • •Lead, staff, schedule, recruit, and onboard branch team members while ensuring coverage across branches as needed.
  • •Coach and manage performance through observational coaching, joint sales calls, and use of training tools.
  • •Provide guidance to ensure regulatory, security, and internal control compliance and timely completion of branch operational tasks.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •3+ years of experience in a sales capacity with ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
  • •3+ years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
  • •General understanding of financial statements and consumer credit concepts (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to leverage centers of influence (COIs) and communicate with strong public speaking skills (required).
