Lead and coach a bank branch team to deliver outstanding client service, execute the Branch Playbook, and achieve branch goals. Drive small-business acquisition through outside calling, referrals, and centers of influence, while retaining and expanding client relationships. Oversee branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance with regulatory, security, audit, and internal control procedures. Manage performance through coaching, joint sales calls, training tools, and reward/recognition.
