Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain overall facility sanitation in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations.
  • •Break down cardboard and load it into the compactor.
  • •Keep production floors clean by removing debris and sweeping/mopping as needed.
  • •Dispose of waste from production lines and clean/disinfect surfaces using approved chemicals.
  • •Complete daily sanitation paperwork per FSQA requirements and handle refilling soap and hand towels.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a food processing, manufacturing or service industry.
  • •Experience standing for prolonged periods and performing bending, twisting, and walking.
  • •Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
  • •Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime/weekends/evenings/holidays as required.
