Key Requirements

  • •Deep familiarity with modern content team workflows, including brief-to-publish, review/approval, SEO, localization touchpoints, and asset management.
  • •Opinions on where AI helps content workflows today—and where it doesn’t—while comfortably iterating based on what the closest-to-work teams teach you.
  • •Strong technical foundation in headless CMS architecture; Sanity experience is a plus.
  • •Comfort building prototypes and simple web apps independently to validate ideas end-to-end before full engineering investment.
