Senior Scientist, Computational Receptor Biology & Machine Learning - Long Island City, NY

Develop advanced machine learning models for protein–ligand interaction modeling within a Data Science Computational Receptor Biology team. Lead deep learning research grounded in geometry, physics, and probabilistic reasoning, designing equivariant, multimodal, and generative architectures (diffusion/flows) for structured molecular data. Own scalable distributed training on GPUs and deliver rigorous, reproducible evaluation to accelerate discovery. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with experimentalists, physicists, chemists, and ingredient modeling partners.
