Key Responsibilities

•Foster cross-team communication across Investment and Non-Investment units including accounting, compliance, operations, real estate, and technology.
•Design and lead onboarding processes for new Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
•Maintain and communicate PM budgets across teams.
•Manage data across investment teams including personnel and expenses.
•Promote a unified, seamless approach for all PMs on the platform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within financial services.
•PM of large, multi-departmental / stakeholder initiatives.
•Familiarity with interacting with investment personnel.
•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
•Enthusiasm for improving efficiency and optimizing processes.
