Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site supervision of work, labor, materials, and equipment movement to keep projects within cost and budget.
  • •Maintain acceptable work quality, minimize reworks, and ensure assigned work is completed on time to company standards.
  • •Monitor and control the latest valid drawings and coordinate activities to ensure the work is built per as-built requirements for major elements.
  • •Perform corrective and remedial actions for work requiring rework as instructed by the site engineer, including reducing rework percentage toward 0%.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, report risks to the site engineer, support HSE initiatives, and participate in incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience in construction-related work, including 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope and objectives.
  • •Knowledge of project safety programs and occupational health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
  • •High school diploma in any related technical certificates.
