Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own weekly/monthly program financial reports and customer deliverables, including forecasting for sales, profit, and cash across the assigned portfolio.
  • •Drive quarterly EAC development with cost, schedule, risk, and opportunity analysis and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • •Support cost documentation for IPMRs and CFSRs; assist in proposal cost development and basis of estimate for new opportunities.
  • •Analyze and monitor indirect cost rates (overhead, G&A, fringe) and participate in forward pricing rate submissions; reconcile actual charges with applied rates.
  • •Coach and mentor junior finance staff and partner with program managers, contracts, engineering, and operations to influence financial policies and lead ad hoc financial investigations and senior leadership requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, or a related advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience
  • •Saudi Arabian national
  • •Demonstrated experience in program financial analysis, EAC development, or cost controls in a project- or contract-based environment
  • •Experience with indirect cost rate structures, cost pool analysis, or forward pricing
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or equivalent ERP/financial systems
