Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and monitor dry utility construction works, including electrical, telecom, street lighting, and associated utility networks.
  • •Conduct daily site inspections to ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and project requirements.
  • •Inspect installation of utility ducts, chambers, manholes, cable routes, sleeves, crossings, and related infrastructure works.
  • •Review and verify Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the Contractor and ensure works are ready for inspection.
  • •Identify defective or non-compliant works and coordinate with the Engineer and Contractor for corrective actions, while maintaining inspection and quality records and supporting HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Relevant experience in dry utilities and infrastructure construction.
  • •Good knowledge of electrical, telecom, street lighting, utility ducts, chambers, cable routes, and associated infrastructure works.
  • •Experience inspecting dry utility installations and associated infrastructure works.
