Job Summary

Lead and coordinate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs for Oil & Gas clients in the US, driving compliance, incident investigations, training and client reporting. Partner with geography-based operations and client leaders to deliver world-class safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide HSE program support for Oil & Gas client accounts and internal WSP programs.
•Lead incident investigations, oversee corrective actions and reporting deliverables.
•Develop and deliver client-specific HSE training and facilitate safety forums/events.
•Audit and verify client requirement compliance, KPI tracking and reporting.
•Collaborate with regional operations, client leaders and HSEQ teams to drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 91,900 - 148,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health, Safety or related field (Engineering or Environmental Sciences preferred).
•7+ years of combined experience in HSE (health, safety and environment).
•Working knowledge of US regulations (OSHA, CFR, etc.).
•Experience with hazard identification, development of HSE controls, and incident investigation.
•Excellent communication and training skills; strong analytical abilities.
