Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time and in line with the negotiated scope of work. Manage a virtual team across customer contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support to drive technically sound, supportable, and financially profitable implementations. Build and negotiate scope, WBS, and schedules, manage resources, track performance, handle risks and escalations, and maintain project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
•Build relationships with customers and stakeholders; develop, negotiate, and establish scope of work, WBS, and project schedules.
•Identify required resources, assign responsibilities, and coordinate internal and outsourced resources for successful execution.
•Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs; measure project performance and report/escalate to management as needed.
•Perform risk management, manage escalations, ensure documentation is maintained, and support revenue recognition, invoicing, and receivables.

Key Requirements

•Around 5 years in a similar program management role.
•Technical understanding of security and networking projects.
•Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
•Outstanding negotiation, oral communication, and presentation skills.
•Experience working with global enterprises and customers such as MSSPs, carriers, and governmental organizations.
