Key Responsibilities

  • •Forecast and participate in Demand Planning to create and defend brand and item level forecast with cross-functional alignment
  • •Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to incorporate relevant data into the depletion forecast and ensure overlay of brand insights into consensus forecast
  • •Lead or participate in cross-functional meetings to align on commercial insights affecting the depletion forecast
  • •Support continuous improvement of demand planning processes, tools, and forecast accuracy
  • •Provide content for the Monthly Portfolio Review, framing tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities for plan gap closure

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a bachelor’s degree and prefer 2 years’ experience in a demand planning role or sales/marketing forecasting
  • •Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred
  • •Experience leveraging data and analytics solutions (e.g., o9 and Power BI)
  • •Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills to consolidate and analyze large data sets and translate information for all areas of the business
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
