Serve as the first point of contact for Horizon NJ Health members via live chat, answering questions and providing timely, accurate support. Help members navigate healthcare services, benefits, preventive care, and wellness programs, and resolve issues or escalate complex cases when needed. Maintain detailed records in the CRM, follow data protection and confidentiality policies, and meet performance targets for response time, accuracy, and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond promptly and professionally to member enquiries via live chat.
•Provide accurate information on healthcare services, benefits, preventive care, and wellness programmes.
•Assist members with resolving issues, navigating services, and answering policy-related questions.
•Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department while ensuring a seamless member experience.
•Maintain detailed records of member interactions in the CRM and adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 32 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably with live chat experience.
•Exceptional written communication skills with strong English grammar and punctuation.
•Excellent typing speed and accuracy, able to handle multiple chat conversations at once.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
•Proficiency with standard office software and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
