•Leads health, safety, and wellbeing culture on the project, including safety investigations, inspections and audits.
•Models leadership behaviors in line with Qiddiya Values at all times and fosters a high-performance culture.
•Motivates and inspires with clear direction, continuous feedback, recognition, and collaboration.
•Provides inclusive leadership, succession planning, and mentoring/sponsorship to staff.
•Leads collaboration across design, procurement, construction, test, and commissioning to deliver assets per designs, budgets, and milestones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field (preferred)
•15-20 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex, mega-scale projects from initiation to closure
•Diverse experience across private and/or government sectors in large design and construction programs
•Expert commercial and contracts understanding
•Strong communication skills to articulate direction, socialize change, motivate teams, and manage executive expectations
