Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with multiple Service Organization stakeholders to understand needs and develop analytics solutions
  • •Develop KPI metrics for service supply chain operations, including requirement gathering, documentation, data identification/extraction, and solution delivery
  • •Develop and communicate insights on parts used in service, parts distribution, parts planning, parts consumption, and warehouse operations
  • •Build process and data flows to streamline business processes, including merging Salesforce and SAP data for analytics
  • •Create ad-hoc reporting solutions by extracting data from multiple sources and generating reports/dashboards; present impacts to stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, with an operations background preferred
  • •A graduate degree in Business Analytics or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with significant data science experience
  • •Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau dashboard development; Salesforce experience preferred
  • •Ability to use Python (or other tools) for data extraction, develop ETL pipelines, and perform ad-hoc analytics
  • •Familiarity with SAP ERP for supply chain operations is a plus
