Job Summary

Own the strategic acquisition and long-term growth of major Home and Living brands for TikTok Shop across France and selected EU markets. You will build and manage a priority account pipeline, lead end-to-end deal closings, and open doors with C-suite and senior stakeholders. After signing, you will drive sustained GMV growth through data-driven performance improvements, creator/content and campaign activation, and intra-EU scaling playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the acquisition pipeline for priority Home and Living brands in France and selected EU markets by prospecting, pitching, and signing strategic accounts that move category GMV.
•Lead end-to-end commercial closings from first outreach through term sheet, onboarding, and the first 90 days of activation.
•Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders (e.g., Heads of E-Commerce, Digital Directors, Country GMs) and position TikTok Shop as a strategic channel.
•Drive ongoing account growth post-signing, staying accountable for sustained GMV growth, seller health, and strategic progression on TikTok Shop.
•Scale partners intra-EU by building cross-market rollout plans and developing repeatable growth playbooks supported by content, creator, livestream/short-video activation, pricing, and promotions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Operations, Account management, or a similar field.
•Proven track record in direct acquisition, business development, or strategic sales with personally closed enterprise-level deals or major brand/merchant partnerships.
•Experience engaging senior stakeholders and aligning multiple decision-makers to close complex deals across organizations.
•Strong commercial acumen, including opportunity sizing, building business cases, negotiating terms, and delivering measurable outcomes using data.
•Fluency in French and understanding of social commerce/content-led commerce, creator ecosystems, livestreaming, and short-video formats (or ability to ramp quickly).
