Senior Project Manager

Oversee and manage complex design-build projects in an Owner’s Representative role as part of a highly complex mega project program. Partner with the design-build team to plan and execute initiatives, ensure adherence to design specifications, budgets, and schedules, and maintain accurate project documentation. Review change orders, monitor contract performance and payment requisitions, lead stakeholder updates, and conduct site visits with an emphasis on safety and quality across NYC.
