Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ with a bachelor’s, 11+ with an associate’s, or 13+ with high school/military technical training), typically in Military, Law Enforcement, Fire & Life Safety, Security, Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of management experience leading teams.
  • •Experience developing, implementing, and managing corporate security programs and managing third-party contracted security services.
  • •Active Secret-level U.S. government security clearance is required/required after day 1.
  • •Experience developing SOPs/process documentation and conducting audits/reconciliations of security records.
