  • •Plan and manage project timelines and activities from kick-off through training, ensuring delivery on time and meeting customer requirements.
  • •Manage resources, schedule, scope, and budget across multiple projects by maintaining detailed project plans.
  • •Collaborate with senior executives, process owners, and technical teams; act as primary point of contact for feature requests and support escalations.
  • •Communicate project status (actions, risks, issues) and proactively manage/escalate risks and issues; mentor the implementation team to follow Celonis methodology.

Key Requirements

  • •Client-facing project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • •Extensive experience with project management disciplines including project planning, risk/issue/action logs, and driving problem resolution with customers and executives.
  • •Strong stakeholder communication and consulting background, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and project timelines.
  • •Experience people managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore.
  • •Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
