Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by using available store resources to achieve KPI and personal performance targets.
•Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations and act as a Brand Ambassador.
•Use seasonal brand and product knowledge to communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly.
•Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards; process deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to represent the full product offer on the sales floor.
•Complete cash register transactions accurately, minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor, and perform store operations safely.

Key Requirements

•High school education is required.
•Preferably 6 months of retail experience in a sports/fashion, customer-focused and commercial retail environment.
•Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to execute store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently.
•Completion of applicable training programs and application of learning on the job.
