  • •Achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience standard through product education and genuine guest connection.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity, and ensuring efficient sales-floor coverage.
  • •Build and maintain daily client relationships and resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans in deficient areas, and educate guests on store initiatives and new product launches.
  • •Support store operations including shipment processing, replenishment, visual merchandising placement, and executing front/back-of-house procedures.
