Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventive, emergency, and routine maintenance on DMG Mori and multi-axis CNC machines.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Diagnose CNC controller faults on Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain systems.
  • •Service and repair WEDM and EDM systems, including PLC faults and control panel issues.
