Director of Engineering (Remote)

As Director of Engineering, you will lead a global, fully remote engineering organization to scale and mature our SaaS ad-tech platforms. You’ll shape engineering culture, architecture, and delivery, drive AI-augmented development, set organizational design, partner with Product, and ensure security, reliability, and performance while improving cycle times and developer productivity.
